An extensive machinery park

Machining is a central part of our offer of complete solutions. We have an extensive fleet of machines and skilled operators who have extensive experience in everything from one-piece manufacturing to series production. We work in most common materials and, together with a well-built network of partners, we can assist our customers regardless of scope or complexity.

At CSS, we have an extensive machine park that includes everything from smaller, manual machines to 5-axis multi-operation machines and a bed milling machine with a capacity of up to 12.5m.


Our ambition is to assist our customers regardless of the size or scope of their needs. In cases where we ourselves do not have the right capacity, over the years we have built up a network of talented partners who help us when needed. In this way, our customers can be confident in turning to us regardless of the conditions that apply.

LATHE

Turning has always been an important core competency for CSS, today our machinery includes everything from support lathes to CNC lathes and a long lathe that can handle internal turning up to 5m and external turning up to 12.5m.


In addition to our own capacity, we work with well-selected partners we can use in case of high load or if we judge that their machinery is better suited to our customer's needs. So regardless of material, size or scope, we can help you with a solution.
